Jordan and Jessica Bourke are a brother and sister team from Dublin. Jordan works as a chef at the Michelin-starred Petersham Nurseries restaurant in London as well as for private clients, specializing in cooking for health, weight loss and nutrition. Jessica is a nutritional therapist and natural fertility specialist. She is a regular contributor to the Irish media on issues of health, nutrition and fertility. Together they have a wealth of experience with healthy cooking and catering for people with food allergies and intolerances.
