Amy Ruth Finegold owns her own company, Amy Ruth’s, which makes and markets her own gluten-free baking mixes, blended using nutritious grains and seeds. She has taught cookery classes in Whole Foods Market and other food stores in London, and now divides her time between her native New York and California. This is her first book.
