About the author
LOLA’s was set up in 2007 by Victoria Jossel (a former derivatives trader at Goldman Sachs) and Romy Lewis (a journalist), both still in their twenties. They now have four outlets in London: in Harrods, Selfridges, Topshop, and their flagship store in Mayfair. They have recently expanded the LOLA brand with cupcake decorating kits. As Victoria says: “Looking back, it seems amazing that it all started in our kitchens...baking to relax. Now we deliver cupcakes to Jennifer Aniston!”
