How long does delivery take?We deliver worldwide. Orders take up to 5 working days to be dispatched and delivered within the UK and up to 28 working days for the rest of the world. Orders to the UK are fully trackable but international orders are not trackable as we use First Class Airmail. If you are in the UK and would like to trace your order, or are an international customer and would like to ask for an estimated delivery time, please contact: web.team@rps.co.uk, alternatively please call 020 7025 2211 (Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5.30pm) If you are in the USA please use our USA bookshop by changing the flag at the top of the screen. Orders to the USA from the USA bookshop are also trackable. Please call 1-877-342-1478 for customer services or to trace your order. There's more detailed information about delivery here.
Will my details be secure?Our website has a Thawte SSL certificate which offers the highest level of security. We never pass your information on to third parties.
What is your returns policy?If you are unhappy with your order please contact web.team@rps.co.uk and we will respond to you within 24 hours (weekdays). Alternatively please call 020 7025 2211 (Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5.30pm) and we will do our best to resolve any problems you have with your order.
