About the author

Caroline Artiss is a chef with over 20 years experience. Co-owner of The Gorgeous Kitchen in Heathrow London Terminal 2, named Best Airport Restaurant in the World by the Daily Mail in 2015, she presents a YouTube cooking show with over 35,000 subscribers, and was voted one of MSN UK's Top Food Vloggers of 2014. In addition she regularly collaborates with other celebrity chefs including Jamie Oliver and Sophie Michell. Born in London, she now lives in Santa Monica with her daughter and this is her first book.
